Autumn Walk in the Woods
The leaves were gold, the air was crisp, and the trail was calling.
Our autumn walk along a wooded path was a reminder of how much a short stroll can do. Walking builds strength and balance, and being among trees and fall color is good for the spirit.
We took it at an easy pace, stopped for photos, and made sure everyone had a hand to hold on the uneven spots. That is how we do everything at Respect ADHC: with patience, with dignity, and with respect.
Our daily program includes community activities, field trips to parks and markets, and free transportation to and from home. Come see how we do it. Call 617-301-0421 or visit the Enroll page to schedule a visit.
